Hydraulic pump unit with brushless motor

This pump is our standard pump unit 0H103 (A) on which our brushless motor (order no. 0H995) is pre-assembled at the factory. As with all our pump units, a filter unit is included in the scope of delivery.

With the included Bruhsless controller a stepless regulation of the speed during operation is possible.
This allows the max. Set the speed of movement by changing the delivery rate of the pump.

As with the standard umpen unit, the operating pressure is preset to approx. 12 bar and can also be increased to a maximum of approx. 16 bar with the brushless motor.

• Speed: 0 to approx.12,000 rpm (continuously adjustable)
• Delivery rate: approx. 500ml / min maximum (depending on the set speed)
• Current consumption: up to 6.5A at 7.2V @ 16 bar (depending on the set pressure)
• Connections for: pressure, return, venting and filling
• Tank capacity: approx. 27 ccm (usable volume)
• Pressure: up to max. 16 bar (adjustable)

Important NOTE:

The installation position is crucial for these pumps! These pumps cannot draw the oil from an external tank through a hose. Therefore, these pumps only work with the tank flanged and in an upright installation position, with the suction hole pointing downwards.
