Traxxas has uniquely developed a versatile, brand new crawler. The TRX-4 in the licensed body design of the Ford Bronco sets new standards!
 
He has innumerable innovative features such as a steel frame that provides stability to the chassis. The rigidity improves the handling in the terrain. In combination with the ingenious suspension, you can easily master even technically challenging terrain.
The shape of the robust subfloor, combined with the fenders integrated in the body, prevents the ingress of dirt and debris.
Cable ducts inside the vehicle ensure clean wiring and a neat appearance.
The oil-filled GTS aluminum shock absorbers were specially developed for the TRX-4. They also ensure smooth handling under the roughest off-road conditions.
Due to the 5mm thick steel tie rods as well as the reinforced plastic pans with integrated hollow steel balls, you will never fail in the field at a broken suspension.
The dual fit battery holder guarantees a simple change of the batteries without splints that might be lost in the field. The hinged mounting lever is adjustable by turning it to two different heights. An integrated recess in the battery compartment allows you to fix smaller batteries.
Thanks to its innovative portal axles, the TRX-4 achieves more ground clearance than other vehicles. The wheels are positioned lower by a gear reduction at the outermost point.

The terrain genius has remote controlled locking differentials. You do not have to rebuild parts first. You can lock the front and rear axle by lever on your remote control. Likewise, the gear ratio can be controlled remotely - depending on which background the Defender is currently moving.

TSM -Traxxas Stability Management

This innovative power steering makes it easier to control the vehicle on slippery and uneven roads and corrects the line. The multi-function button of the TQi remote control allows stepless control of how strongly the TSM intervenes in the driving behavior, whereby not the throttle position but only the steering movement is influenced.

TQi 4 channel remote control

With advanced Ready-to-Race remote control, you do not have to set any channels or frequencies. The ergonomic design is very appealing thanks to the integrated and therefore protected antenna. The TQi is lightweight and feels good in the hand.

The automatic model selection detects up to 30 models without having to save them first. As soon as you switch on the transmitter, the model and the associated settings are loaded.
Steering and gas end point can be adjusted precisely. The multifunction knob adjusts the TSM, Steering Sensitivity (Expo), Throttle Sensitivity (Expo), Steering in Percent (Dual Rate), Braking Force in Percent (Dual Rate) or Throttle.

Waterproof electronics and Titan 550 engine

The Titan 550 is the biggest engine for Crawler Monster Trucks. Thanks to the built-in radiator, it ensures uninterrupted driving pleasure even in rough terrain. The waterproof XL-5 HV controller offers 5 driving profiles and is easy to operate with the EZ set with just one button. In addition to the already known driving modes SPORT / RACE / TRAINING, there are now 2 new driving profiles especially for crawlers.

The sealed electronics allow driving through water, mud and snow for unlimited driving pleasure.

The exclusive patented training mode limits performance to 50%, making it ideal for young riders or beginners.
