Kit

A kit contains 2 FCM HAMMAR 160 S 1:14-2 Sideloader.



The kit includes the following special tools:

  • 2 pieces Ø1 mm drill, for fixing components
  • 2 pieces Ø4.8 mm drill, for fixing components
  • 1 piece Ø5 mm drill, for fixing components
  • 1 piece of M1.4 mm hand tapping drill
  • 1 piece Ø5H7 mm handrail 1 piece 3.5x1 mm flat file
Please note: It may be necessary to reduce the width of the files by grinding.

The following adhesives are required:

  • Loctite No. 496 (second adhesive)
  • Loctite No. EA3430 (two-component adhesive)
  • Loctite surface cleaner No. SF7063
  • Loctite No. 222 (low -solid screw lock)

As an alternative to the adhesives, the parts can be soldered with tin.

Technical data

  • The kit contains 2 pieces FCM Hammar 160 S 1: 14-2 Sideloader.
  • Dimensions in mm: H/192 x W/178 x D/37 mm.
  • Weight per side loader without oil is approx. 900 g.
  • The kit contains hydraulic fittings and hoses from the valve blocks to the sideloader and back.
  • The model was designed for an operating pressure of 12 bar.
  • The lever performance of each sideloader is 2,700 g.
  • The model can be glued or soldered with tin.

Hydraulic

A suitable pump and a control block with 6 valves are required for the hydraulic system. A fundamental hydraulic plan is included in the building instructions of the kit.

Please note that the containers cannot be recorded in a high position without suitable charging.

Suitable hydraulic sets can be found below in the installation of the accessories.
